Stock Control - Ordering & Dealing with Suppliers
Staff – Rotas
Recruitment of part time staff
Day to day management of part time
Health & Hygiene –  Bar & Kitchen
Liaison with contract cleaners
Room Hire – Room set up
Light Catering requirements
Security –   Cashing up, Opening and closing curling club



Part time bar assistant(s)

Tasks include - Bar duties, light catering

Part time kitchen assistant(s)

Tasks include - Food preparation, cleaning duties in kitchen
